At Provisions Market, we strive to provide high-quality gourmet foods and specialty goods.

Returns

Due to the nature of many food products, perishable items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days upon delivery date if:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable foods

• Fresh bakery items

• Gift cards

• Opened food products

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time: 5–10 business days

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
