Provisions Market

OUR STORY

Curated Goods for Every Table & Occasion.

Provisions Market is a neighborhood market and gathering place by the Lush Life Hospitality team, rooted in a simple idea: great food brings people together.

Located in the historic Snouder’s Building in Oyster Bay, Provisions offers a focused selection of prepared foods, pantry staples, and seasonal specialties—paired with a small, thoughtful assortment of goods for the home and table. Everything is chosen to make everyday cooking and hosting feel easy, inspired, and enjoyable.

In the kitchen, Chef Jesse Schenker brings a contemporary approach to American cooking, with menus that are both refined and approachable. From daily offerings to weekend dinners, the food is designed to be shared.

The market’s retail selection is shaped in collaboration with Claudia and Lucy Taglich, whose perspective adds a personal layer to the space—introducing pieces that reflect their love of gathering, travel, and home.

Provisions also hosts a rotating calendar of tastings, dinners, and community events, bringing people together around food, ideas, and shared experiences.

An extension of the Lush Life philosophy, Provisions is built on generosity, curiosity, and the simple pleasure of eating well—together.

Lush Life Hospitality Group

Lush Life Hospitality Group began with a vision: to create restaurants that combine serious culinary ambition with a deeply welcoming spirit.

In 2018, Claudia Taglich and Chef Jesse Schenker opened 2 Spring, transforming a historic building in Oyster Bay into a vibrant American brasserie. What began as a single restaurant quickly grew into a collection of distinct concepts—each shaped by the same commitment to hospitality, design, and ingredient-driven cooking.

The company has grown into a multifaceted hospitality group operating a diverse portfolio of concepts while also providing development, operational, and management expertise to hospitality projects and partners.
